Hike, Heat & Chill are back!

Trace, Nativa & Mvmt.studio are joining together again for our 2nd edition - an energising experience focused on nature connection and full body relaxation.

We’ll start with a scenic hike through Monsanto and finish with a refreshing challenge and deeply relaxing experience: a sauna and cold plunge session at Mvmt.studio.

To kick things off, Aura will provide a sunny wellness shot to boost the hike. What better way to start?

After two hours of hiking, we’ll enjoy a one-hour relaxation session to end the day in the best possible way.

Here’s the plan:

2pm - 4pm | Hike in Monsanto

4pm - 4:30pm | Transport from Monsanto to Mvmt.studio

5pm - 6pm | Sauna & Cold Plunge at Mvmt.studio

Please meet us here to start the hike: Parking Monsanto Acesso Este, Campolide
