Bookeddate is a cosy literary platform and community centred on connection through books, slow living, and intentional, meaningful conversation. Founded by Ria in September 2023, shortly after leaving her role as a bookseller, it was born from a desire to recreate the sense of connection and belonging that comes from talking about books. What began as a personal project has grown into a global community rooted in reflection, conversation, and shared reading experiences. Through her content, Ria creates a warm, thoughtful space where readers can connect more deeply with themselves and others. In April 2024, she expanded this into the in-person world through Cosy London Book Club, a community of readers who come together across London for book clubs, book walks, and intimate literary events. Each month centres around a themed read, with gatherings designed to help people meet, connect, and have meaningful conversations through books, from “speed book dating” to deeper group discussions. Alongside monthly book club meetings, the community also hosts author events and offline reading sessions in partnership with leading publishers and brands creating space for thoughtful, accessible conversations between readers and writers. Bookeddate exists both online and offline as a space to slow down, connect, and feel less alone through books.
