01 · Why

Why it matters

Invite by email or phone

Pick someone from your community hosts, or search by email or phone number. They get an invitation by email.

They run the night

Co-hosts can check guests in and message attendees. Editing the event is off unless it is switched on for them.

Money stays out of view

A co-host’s event page has no prices, revenue or fees, and guest lists hide what guests paid from co-hosts without report access. Only leads can cancel an event.

02 · How it works

Invite, accept, run it.

05 · FAQ

Good questions

Who can invite co-hosts?

Community leads and the event's hosts.

What can a co-host do by default?

Check guests in, message attendees and see reports. Editing the event is off by default. Invitations from the event builder use these defaults.

Can a co-host see guest emails?

Only with report access. Without it, a co-host sees guest names and tickets but not their emails, and not what they paid.

Can I turn report access off for a co-host?

Report access is a setting on each co-host, and it is on by default. Invitations from the event builder use the defaults, so the builder does not show the switch.

Can a co-host cancel my event?

No. Cancelling, which refunds attendees, and unpublishing are for community leads and the accepted lead host.

What if they never accept?

A pending co-host can still run the event. If they decline or the invitation expires, they lose access.

Is it on for my community?

Event hosts are switched on community by community. Where it is off, the builder does not offer co-host invites yet.
