Why it matters
Compared with last time
Pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. Every number is set against the period before.
Your regulars, by name
See the people who came three or more times in the last 90 days, and invite them to become members.
Nudges that say what to do
Short suggestions, like a series that keeps selling out or an event that is only a third booked.

Highest priority first, two at a time. Rules: a series that sells out 3 of its last 4 · 5+ regulars who are not members · an event under 40% booked starting within 5 days · no event in the next 14 days · views up 30%+ with bookings flat · applications waiting more than 48 hours.
The rules follow the real ones. Every number is an example. Nothing is saved.

Monthly-billing prices from each company's own site, checked 13 October 2026, in US dollars and converted to your currency at approximate rates. Patreon takes 10% of income rather than a monthly fee, so it is not in the total. Card processing fees apply on every platform and are not included.
Good questions
Who can see Insights?
Community leads. Individual events also have their own insights for leads: sales, capacity, new and returning customers and a comparison with another event.
How far back can I look?
7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months. 30 days is the default.
Why are page views missing before a certain date?
Page view tracking starts when it is switched on. Days before that show no page views, and the page says so.
Can I try it without data?
Yes. The page has a switch to add dummy data, so you can see what it looks like.
