Good questions

How do member prices work?

You set a member price on a ticket. Anyone with an active membership in your community gets it, whichever plan they are on.

Can I approve members first?

Yes. Turn on approval for a plan. People send a request, then get a pay link by email or WhatsApp once you approve.

Can members cancel?

Yes, any time from their Profile.

Is there a joining fee?

A one-off joining fee exists, but it sits behind a switch that is not on for every community yet.

What does it cost?

€0 a month. Tribe takes 5% + Stripe’s card fee only when you sell. Free plans cost nothing.
