Why it matters

One code per ticket

A booking for two gets two codes, so each guest can be checked in separately.

Made for the door

Door mode fills the screen with the code and a live clock, and keeps the screen awake. If a code will not scan, the order code is on screen.

Pass it on

Send a ticket to a friend with a link. They get their own QR code and you keep yours.

Good questions

What if a code will not scan?

Door mode shows the order code. Guests can read it out to the door team.

Can someone use a screenshot?

Door mode shows a live clock so door staff can tell a live screen from a screenshot. Anyone with a copy of the code could use it, so guests are told to keep it to themselves.

Can I make a QR code for my page or event link?

Not in Tribe yet. Your page and event links are plain links, so any QR code maker can turn them into a code.

Can I sell tickets in person?

Offline ticket batches let you make numbered QR tickets as a PDF to sell in person, and see how many were claimed. They are behind a switch, so ask us to turn them on.
