Why it matters
Signed before they book
Guests type their full name and confirm their age. Booking waits until they have signed.
Templates to start from
Seven starting points, from racket sports to swimming. Edit the wording to suit your activity.
See who has signed
On the event page, hosts see how many of the people booked have signed, and who has not yet.
From wording to signed.
Tap a step. The screens show what you set up and what guests see.
Change the wording.
Save new wording and see who has to sign again. Then try a purchase link as a signed-out guest.
Different wording becomes a new version. Guests who signed an older version sign again.
Edit the wording, then save it.

Good questions
Is it a drawn signature?
No. Guests type their full name and tick a box to confirm they are 18 or over, or that a parent or guardian is signing. Each signature keeps the version they read, the name they typed, the time, and technical details such as the connection address, as evidence.
Who can write and change waivers?
The community's owners and admins write and edit them. Community leads can see them and who has signed.
What happens when I change the wording?
New wording becomes a new version, and guests sign it again. One signature covers every event that uses that waiver until its wording changes.
Can a guest skip it with a purchase link?
No. If an event has a waiver, a public purchase link asks people to sign in and sign it before they pay.
Are the templates legal advice?
No. They are starting points. Check the wording suits your activity and your country before you ask guests to sign.
