How it works
Set up in the event builder, used on the night
Step 1: Add it while you build the event
Open Mini apps in the event builder and switch one on. You can change it right up to the day, and ask guests to sign your waiver from the event’s settings.
Step 2: Guests use it from the event page
Once they’ve booked, guests pick a court spot, a pace group or a dish, or vote, on their own phones.
Step 3: It shows on your community page
Add the Mini app block to your community page and members can follow a live tournament table or the run club leaderboard.

It runs on the event page, so there’s nothing new to download and no group chat to chase.
Run by your hosts
Event hosts and community leads set it up, fix a score, and see the kitchen count.
Private where it matters
Players show as first name and initial. Kitchen counts are for hosts only.
Live on the night
Tournament tables and poll results refresh on their own while the event is on.
