Padel nights that run themselves
Players pick their court spot when they book, enter scores on their phones and follow a live table. Mexicano, King of the Court and knockout rounds are drawn from the results as they come in, so you can get back on court.
An example of the tournament page on a player’s phone: the player’s current match with a score to save, and a live table of the standings.
Who it’s for
For clubs that would rather be playing than running a spreadsheet
Whiteboards, WhatsApp polls and a host doing maths between rounds: the tournament app replaces all three.
Padel socials
Weekly Americano and Mexicano nights where partners rotate and everyone is ranked on points.
- Players without a partner tap “I’m in, any court”
- Uneven numbers? Sit-outs rotate fairly
- 24 points a match, totals checked as they’re entered
Tennis clubs and ladders
Fixed pairs in a round robin, a knockout, or groups that feed a knockout, one Fast4 set a match.
- Pairs are whoever share a side of a court
- Seeded brackets, with byes for the top seeds when numbers are odd
- Group tables, then the top two go through
Pickleball groups
Drop-in sessions where partners rotate every game and nobody needs to keep score on paper.
- Games to 11, won by 2
- Up to four players a court, as many courts as you book
- A final table to share at the end

How it works
From booking to the final table
Step 1: Add it to your event
Choose the sport, the format and how many courts you’ve booked. Set the rounds or the groups if the format needs them.
Step 2: Players pick their spot
Once they’ve booked, players take a spot on a court. If the event asks for your waiver, they sign it first.
Step 3: Start it and play
One side enters the score, the other confirms it, and the table updates. You can fix any score as host.
On the night
Everything the host used to do on a whiteboard
A live table for everyone
Players and spectators follow the standings, refreshed every few seconds from confirmed scores.
Later rounds draw themselves
Americano and round robin draw every round at the start. For Mexicano, King of the Court and knockouts, the next round appears on everyone’s phone as soon as every score in a round is confirmed.
Scores both sides agree on
One side enters, the other side confirms. If both enter the same score, it’s confirmed straight away.
Matches that need a winner
Knockouts and King of the Court refuse level scores, so there’s always someone to move on.
Players only, if you like
Keep the live page to players and people booked on the event. Everyone shows as first name and initial.
