The Soul Seekers community welcomes anyone who is intrigued by mystery of life, and enjoys reading Sufi poetry as a gateway to explore our deepest longings. 💞
The purpose for our gathering is to share our collective wisdom, and cheer one another’s curiosity and courage to discover our unique calling. We follow the prescription of renowned Sufi poet, Rumi: “Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.”🔥
My background is a blend of east/west cultures with years of study and professional practice in personal, team and relationship systems coaching.
Close to my 50th birthday, I unexpectedly began writing songs of angst and longing. Despite everyone’s disapproval and dismay, I was compelled to leave my family business to pursue the mystery of the songs. 💃🏻
The spiritual quest has been grueling, enlightening, and transformative. It has led me across oceans away from all that I’ve known and loved. 🧘🏽♀️
I am currently residing in Lisboa, and came to know Tribe’s mission to combat loneliness through community-building, and was inspired by their collaborative and inclusive philosophy. So, I decided to create Soul Seekers community, and stay curious about what awaits me on this path.🌹

"It’s been more than 6 decades, and am still learning to shed the cultural layers that have defined and confined me. In my late 40’s, unexpectedly songs of angst and longing flowed through me and I left the familiar to follow the calling of my soul. "
