💁🏽♀️ I'm Yasmine, a passionate soul with a lifelong love for art and a dedicated yoga teacher.
💫 My artistic journey began with collecting postcards and magazine images, evolving into a love for drawing and painting. For the past two years, I’ve been organizing community art events in Lisbon for mindful people who enjoy creating together around a theme while sharing drinks and food.
🧘🏽♀️ As a certified yoga teacher (YTTC) trained in India 🇮🇳, my teaching is rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga. I aim to guide you through asanas for physical flexibility and strength, pranayama for breath control and energy regulation, and meditation for mental clarity and relaxation. By practicing regularly with me, you will also learn to manage stress, reduce anxiety, expand breath endurance, and cultivate inner peace.
